Anyway, Happy Friday, everyone! I'm so glad that today is Friday! This next week, a lot of brazilians will be celebrating Carnaval, which is basically my least favorite holiday ever. The people here go absolutely crazy! Anyway, we pretty much stay holed up in the apartment, so we are looking at 6 or so days of non stop family time! hahahaha
So Wednesday, I got a great new workout in and thought I'd share it with ya:
So, as you can see, this workout is pretty leg-heavy. Most of the exercises themselves are fairly simple, but the combination of the two exercises in each superset and doing each one 3 times through before a rest is killer!!! Also, if you want, you can definitely modify this by reducing or increasing reps, adding some cardio in there, etc! If anyone tries this out, let me know what you think!!!!
So today, I wanted to do something a little different than my typical posts, inspired by a lot of the blogs that I read. I'm going to post some of my favorite links from this past week. Um yum! Apparently this ends up with three layers....a crisp top, pudding-like middle and on the bottom, actual hot chocolate! Plus, there's only 4 ingredients!!!!!

- 480 Workout.....looks really, really hard!!!! Basically you end up doing 480 reps total of several different exercises!!!!!
